1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times We ship directly to your door. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (United States): 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — check the banner on our homepage for current offers.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for the tracking information to become active.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kummo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@kummotech.com. We will investigate and provide a resolution as appropriate.

7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at support@kummotech.com if you notice an error before your order ships.
